We have an excellent oportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join a busy finance function for our client in Co Waterford. The payroll administrator will report directly to the Payroll Manager. Key Responsibilities. Co-ordinate payroll inputsfor our legal entitiesand prepae the input templates for processing. Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately. Process accurate and timely monthly and year end reporting for payrollrelated transactions. Monthly and Annual PAYE returns. Manage changes of employee deductions and benefits as instructed by HR. Ad hoc duties. Key Skills and Requirements. 2-3 years experience in a similar role. Proficient in IT and payroll applications - SAP highly advantageous. IPASS qualification. Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines. Ability to work as part of a team and to work on your own initiative. Ability to assess and improve processes.
