The Irish Wheelchair Association are seeking applications from qualified Homecare Assistants in the County Waterford area .Areas include: Waterford City, Tramore, Ferrybank and Dungarvan and surrounding areas. What we offer: Excellent hourly rate with yearly increments. Premium payments for unsociable hours. Inter-client mileage. Opportunities for advancement through training and internal promotion. Guaranteed hours contracts available. What we Require: QQI Level 5 qualification in a Healthcare discipline or working towards this, including Care Skillls and Care of the Older Person. Access to your own car with a full drivers licence. Availability for flexible working hours including weekends. Guaranteed hours available. Role and Responsibilities of a Healthcare Assistant: Personal care. Dressing and grooming.
