Description

Hartley People are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administration Assistant for full time role. This is a permanent opportunity based in Waterford. Responsibilities: - Assisting in preparation of monthly financial statements. - Accounts receivable and payable. - Review and posting of expense and travel forms. - Bank administration and preparation of weekly cash reports. - Dealing with queries regarding invoices. Requirements: - Accounting Technician qualification or previous experience in a similar role. - Previous experience using sage desirable. - Previous experience bringing accounts to trial balance stage. - Proficiency in data entry and excellent numerical and mathematical skills. - Ability to work autonomously and also as part of a team. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
