The Role Coordinate payroll processes and benefits. Work as part of the HR team providing support to multiple organisations. Involvement in the full recruitment process. Implement new HR system across the company. Provide support and advise in the area of employment legislation and best practice to managers. Carry out presentations to senior management in order to up skill on management on HR practices. Support the HR manager with HR projects and additional ad hoc duties. Organise daily workload and ensure all work is completed to a high quality. The Person Minimum 3rd Level HR Diploma. Minimum 2 years’ experience working in HR. Experience dealing with Employee Grievance, Disciplinaries, and knowledge of Employment Legislation. Previous recruitment experience. Strong attention to detail.
