Your new position: To provide Engineering support in the development, operation and improvement in processes associated with the Visual Inspection process and equipment. Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include: Being the equipment SME for visual inspection with deep understanding of equipment functionality and process requirements. Supporting project delivery through design reviews, FAT, SAT and IOQ involvement as needed. Developing the required understanding of the product requirements for the process and interfacing with NPI group (internal and external. Developing of procedures and controls for visual inspection. Providing training and mentorship to the Operations team. Providing the technical oversight / sign off of operational procedures and batch manufacturing records. Being the technical representative for the visual inspection process for the new Fill Finish facility. What You'll Need to Succeed: You will be degree qualified in engineering or related discipline and ideally have 5 years' engineering experience within a relevant Pharma. environment (preferably within a sterile manufacturing environment specialising in visual inspection.
