Commercial Account Handlers x 2 The Role - Knowledge of the commercial insurance market. - Strong understanding of commercial policies regarding new business and renewals. - Understanding of clients commercial needs. - Understanding of commercial policies regarding warranties and conditions. - Build strong customer relationships. - Rebroking commercial business policies such as commercial properties. - Grow existing client base with new business and renewals. The Person -CIP qualified. - A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role. - Team player. - Strong I.T. Skills. - Experience with the relay system. Personal Lines Handler. The Role Issuing renewal quotes for personal lines customers. Looking after customer’s renewal needs. Dealing with customer queries by phone and face to face. Maintaining and building strong customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service. Manage renewals. The Person Must be APA, CIP or working towards the qualification. Minimum 1 to 2 years experience dealing with Personal Lines Insurance. Be able to work as part of a team and have a good work ethic.
