Our client a rapidly expanding company are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to join their team. The role involves: Dealing with both international and national route planning. Leading a team. There is a pre-defined structure in place. Implementing a structure in to a rapidly growing organisation. Dealing with clients-national and international. Looking after 80+ trucks on the road. Working with different areas within the organisation in order to achieve optimal efficiency. The ideal candidate: Will have strong Logistics experience. Will be a strong people manager with proven management ability. Will have 5 years plus experience as a Manager in a logistics environment. Will have worked with and been involved in implementing new structures and improving efficiencies. Will be an excellent communicator and highly organised. Some experience of groupage would be desirable. SAP Experience would also be desirable. There is an excellent renumeration package for the right candidate.
