You will maximise opportunities and manage market & regional P&L’s to deliver annual plans and budget. Working with customers and distributors building awareness, driving sales & winning market share. Key duties & responsibilities: Leadership – performance, ownership, accountability, relationships & influencing. Functional Accountabilities – route to market, planning, performance, monitoring, forecasting, value creation, strategy, portfolio, Point of Sale, communication, Point of Purchase, competition, leadership, What are we looking for? 3rd Level Degree in Business or related discipline. Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience – multinational /global markets preferred. FMCG; Food; Beverage; Retail. Proven track record in sales leadership (ideally internationally. Brand Ambassador. Team player with people management skills. Strong budget management and evaluation of spend. Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects. Data analysis & strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – inspiration to others. Ability to challenge conventional thinking and propose creative solutions. Strong negotiation, pricing and margin calculation skills. Foreign travel required. Foreign language would be an advantage.
