Hartley People are looking to recruit aClient Service Manager. This role will be based in the Co Waterford and will involve a large ammount of international travel. The role: Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients. Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Identify and implement process improvements. Marketing experience a distinct advantage. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. Be a highly collaborative and influential member of the team. Reporting to management on targets, sales and pipeline activity. The Person: A proven track record inAccount management/Business/Sales Development 5+years. The ability to influence key stakeholders. The flexability to travel - This is a large element of the role. Accountability for own performance. The ability to manage own schedule.
