We are currently seeking to hire a Maintenance Engineer For one of our Large Multinational Clients. in County Cork. Salary 45- 48 k Per Year. Requirements: Highly motivated, self-managed, technically minded, problem-solving individual. Qualifications: Ideally craft qualified with Mechanical or Electrical qualification and / or 3rd level qualification in an engineering discipline. Experience: Experience of MHE maintenance / servicing. (Fork Trucks, etc.) Planning / Scheduling….staff rotas, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Contractor service visits. People Management. Good working knowledge Microsoft Excel, Word and Access. Familiarity with BMS and CMMS computer systems. Managing contractors; Permits, RAMS, Audits. Desired: Utilities such as Refrigeration, HVAC, Potable Water, HHW systems, Access Control. Facility Systems including Fire Alarm, Smoke Vents, Sprinkler Systems.
