Our client, a Waterford based company currently have a vacancy for a Quality Communications Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate. This is a growing company that will offer growth and development for the successful candidate. The role: Manage the quality assurance function within the department. Reviewing and scoring tickets on the Service Desk ticketing system. Monitoring call recordings to ensure best practice is being adhered to at all times. Developing a new quality scoring system and improving the existing quality processes. Design regular mail shots as well as working on ad-hoc mailings. The Candidate: Must have a 3rd level IT qualification. Marketing Experience would be desirable. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail. Previous experience with Support Ticketing Systems would be an advantage.
