Quality Assurance Analyst- Waterford. This role would be ideal for a candidate who is currently in the food industry but is looking to get exposure to pharmaceutical quality assurance also. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to the Quality team to ensure high standards of service are maintained. Support internal quality systems to ensure that procedures, processes and service are compliant with regulatory standards and customer requirements. Handle any deviations, customer complaints, change controls and investigate quality complaints. Ensure all controlled documents are updated and maintained as per in-house procedures. Ensure all personnel are trained consistently in all revenant aspects of the Quality System. Training database is maintained and updated. Assisting with the completing of Annual Review for Continuous Improvement. Education and additional experience: A certificate or diploma in science or a related discipline would be an advantage. 2 years quality assurance experience. Aptitude for writing SOPs and Work Instructions. Background in Quality with Food/Pharmaceutical Company. Strong Computer Skills. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2008 Standard.
