The Gold Coast, Holiday, Golf & Sports Resort, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford are currently recruiting for Accommodation Supervisors to join our Accommodation Team. The Gold Coast comprises of a 37 bedroom 3* Hotel, 60 3 & 4 bedroom Holiday Homes and a Caravan and Camping Park, Golf Course and Sports Training Facility, it’s one of Ireland’s leading Holiday, Golf & Sport Resorts. The main duties and responsibilities include: • To develop SOP for Hotel Guest Rooms, Holiday Homes, Caravan Park Wash Rooms and Resort Restroom facilities ( Standard Operation Procedure. • To greet all guests and ensure guest’s needs are priority Number One. • Provide exceptional and professional service to all our guests, and to all Gold Coast Standards. • To liaise with relevant departments, in a timely fashion, to ensure that the guests expectations are consistently met and where possible exceeded. • To ensure agreed standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in all areas in accordance with Resort SOP ( Standard Operation Procedure. • Attends to guest complaints or feedback to ensure guest needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner; follows up as necessary. • To assign each worker their duties and to set required standards against which work will be checked, in accordance with Accommodation department SOP's. • Obtains a list of their rooms to be cleaned immediately and a list of prospective check-outs or cancellations to prepare work assignments. • Supervise operations within the Housekeeping department.
