Hartley People are looking to recruit an experienced constructionEstimator based in the South East. The role: Perform Risk analysis. Prepare documentation for Tender and manage documentation control. Manage the Bill of Quantities and ensure suppliers are providing the most up to date quotes on materials. Present estimates to Commercial Manager. Updating and maintaining tender performance and enquiry log. Attend site visits when required. The candidate: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel and Buildsoft. Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills. Must be flexible.
