Hartley People are looking to recruit an Electrical Engineer for an exciting opportunity with a fantastic multinational company based here in Waterford. The Role: Ability to communicate to site department customers through daily line-side meetings. Ability to communicate energy roadmap and plans to all the site stakeholders. Manage all current electrical asset, e.g. Transformers, Switch gear, distribution boards, LV infrastructure, PAT testing, etc. Delivery of all Electrical Maintenance (Planned, Scheduled, Unplanned. Development and implementation of maintenance strategies for the Electrical Infrastructure. Oversight of Energy program onsite to deliver budget and carbon targets. Management of Electrical risk registers to ensure all EHS / Quality and business critical risks in appropriate fashion. Agreeing and management of Electrical and Energy budget with all stakeholders. Management of all MCC room to ensure audit ready / 6S standard at all times. Develop and own all site electrical management procedure. The Person: Third level qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar. 5 Years Experience technical role involving management of electrical systems. Good understanding of energy management and usage. People Management experience including motivation and performance management. Good knowledge ofMaintenance Practices.
