The Role Ensure necessary paperwork is completed to the relevant standard for all training events. Confirm all training events have been completed satisfactorily. Maintain training files for all personnel who complete training on site. Manage site wide training schedules. Respond to queries, trouble shoot problems, upgrade involvement etc. on the training database. Develop schedule and train all users to appropriate levels. Booking Training Courses / Facilities / Trainers / Trainees as required. Preparation of Training Materials as required. Ensure that tracking process is set up per the procedure/policy. Carry out Training Needs Analysis. Assist in the performance and documentation of processes. Maintenance of System to track reviews and store associated documentation. Ensure all learning plans are up to date for team members and reflect what appears in Plateau. Ensure compliance to cGMP. The Person 3-5 years working in administrative roles. 2-3 years manufacturing experience – ideally in a pharmaceutical environment. 1-2 years training administration. Good communication skills – written and oral presentation. European Computer Driving Licence / Microsoft Office. Aware of best practice in database administration. Knowledge of site training & development policy & procedure.
