The Role Responsibility for Customer relations, GMS sites, Supplier management, Inventory. Management, NPI and Artwork systems through the Logistics Team. Key Stakeholder management with Supply Hub, Category and Regional teams, Customers and central teams. Set strategic vision for Logistics team. Understand site goals, milestones and targets and ensuring alignment of the team. Ensure they deliver results. Implement changes and improvements through the Logistics team. Drive key success factors for the business through the Logistics team - Quality, Value Safety. Key stakeholder management with Category and Regional teams. Point of contact for issue resolution across site activities. Strategy planning in terms of Insource and Outsource options. Conduct regular market site meetings to ensure good communication and alignment. Understand technical, production and Quality processes to allow effective, Planning & NPI introduction, effective communication and issue resolution. Financial awareness in terms of Budget Control, Key cost drivers and competitiveness. Strategies. Understanding of End to End supply chain principles. Ensure Logistics team are working as effectively as possible. Ensure Key KPI achievement for the area- 90% Shipment on time rates, vendor delivery on time. Ensure In-stock, Inventory management at incoming Raw material, Packaging. components, WIP and finished goods is optimised to meet agreed targets. Ensure all Quality requirements are met in the Logistics team - Lead Complexity Reduction/ Value Engineering Initiatives for site. Ensure a shipment level of 95% Maintain work area in an inspection ready state and clean as you go to maintain good safe housekeeping standards. Be aware of the impact of job activities on EHS issues. Perform duties in a compliant manner and behave in accordance with Quality. The Person A Masters in Business Commercial desired or 3rd level degree in Business or Planning. Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a team in Planning and NPI. Previous experience managing a team within the Logistics function. Strong problem solving skills. Strong communication and people management skills Third level degree in an appropriate function- Business / Planning.
