Cpl Healthcare are currently accepting applications on behalf ofour client for aqualifiedHospital Pharmacy Technician to work in Co. Waterford. This full-time position will be for an initial period of 4 months. Core Responsibilities Assisting the Pharmacist with general dispensing responsibilities. Preparing prescriptions. Work as part of a team. Handle patient queries and phone calls appropriately and effectively. Liaising with GP’s and other healthcare professionals. Stock control and ordering. Maintain the dispensary cleanliness. Specific Requirements Recent hospital experience is essential. A Pharmacy Technician Qualification is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Have experience in aseptic/cytoxic compounding is an advantage. 1year plus experience required. Strong patient focus. All applications will be treated with the strictest of confidence.
