Hartley People are currently looking for an  Accounts Assistant for a full time permanent position in County Waterford.    The role: The Accounts Assistant is responsible for administrating and maintaining all aspects in support of the finance function.   Responsibilities: Accounts payable and receivable, invoice matching and processing. Assisting in general company management tasks. Performing bank reconciliations. Assisting in the preparation of management accounts. Assisting in completion of revenue returns. Provide financial analysis to support decision making. Other ad-hoc accounts duties.   Requirements: 3rd level qualification in accounting/finance (or currently completing an accountancy qualification) required. Experience in an accountancy practice/finance department desireable. Knowledge of Excel to an intermediate level. Experience using Sage and/or Red book in a work environment. Flexible, dependable and able to work in a team.
