Our Client, a pharmaceutical company based in Waterford are looking for a part time Procurement Administrator to join their team on a 6 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global company in a rewarding role.   The role involves: Liaising with vendors regarding orders and SLA’s. Act as support to the Lead Buyers. Transcribing data. General Administration duties including working with Excel. Administration of Procurement Fields ERP system.   Experience Required Previous experience working with SAP (preferred. Business Qualification – either in administration or procurement. Previous GMP experience. Familiar with Microsoft packages i.e excel. Familiar with price scales. Packaging and procurement experience – desirable.   Hours On average 3.5 days per week (27.5 hours. Flexibility Required with some weeks requiring more time than others. June / July /August period will be busy and require strong support.
