Hartley People are looking to recruit a Clinical Support Administrator based in Waterford City for a 6 month contract with potential of permanency. Please note that this role is for 30 hours a week and flexibility is required. The role will include the following: Support the manager in the running of certain aspects of the centre’s daily activities. To welcome clients to the centre in a professional manner. To liaise with therapists, clients and team members and communicate in an effective and timely manner. To assist with managing waiting lists on a regular basis to ensure clients have been contacted with either an appointment or a follow up. To exercise good judgement about who to share information with when the level of confidentiality is unclear. The ideal candidate: Must have excellent communication skills both written and orally. Must have an excellent telephone manner and compassionate nature. Must be highly organised and efficient. Must have strong IT skills. Experience in Salesforce CRM or a similar database would be an advantage. Must be flexible.
