John comes to us from the position of Executive Head Chef at the 5 Star Westin Hotel, College Green, Dublin 2.His experience for the past 14 years at the Westin will bring an air of excitement to any person looking to further their career. Main Duties. * To participate in the preparation and service of food in the Kitchen department in accordance with accepted standards of quality. * To ensure all aspects of HACCP are adhered to. * To work in association with Senior Chefs to ensure the smooth running of the department. * To optimise food quality & guest satisfaction. Experience. * Minimum 2 years in a similar role in a fast paced, high end restaurant or hotel environment.
