FLOOR MANAGER / SUPERVISOR. Coach House Coffee is a busy coffee shop located on The Waterford Greenway. Coach House Coffee has recently opened a new restaurant and venue adjacent to the coffee shop, The Pigeon Loft. We are currently seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic and experienced supervisor / floor manager to join our team. The candidate must have a high level of customer service skills, must be highly organised and have experience managing floor staff in a busy and fast paced environment. Candidates must have a minimum 5 years experience in a similar role. Candidates must be willing to work in all aspects of the business during off-peak times. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work at weekends. The floor manager will report directly to the manager.
