An exciting opportunity has come from one of our Waterford based clients to take on a new position of Operations Manager to run the EU affiliate for the business out of HQ in Waterford. Main duties but not limited to. In this role you will be responsible for managing relationships with multiple payment processors with responsibilities in cluding. Setting up merchants accounts with processors. Financial planning, reseraching implementing overseeing and tracking these payment programs. Supervise/Review Credit card descriptions for accuracy. Handle fraud cases as required. Track transactions, recyle and chargeback programsalong wtih analytical support of these programs. Ensure compliance with payment process regulations. Work closely with customer service teams, operations, accounting legal, and tax teams. Experience. At least 5 years exp in a similiar role. Ideally coming from a payments processing or electronic transactions background. 3rd level qualification. Excellent systems experience and knowledge. SQL knowledge a plus.
