International Financial Administrator (Spanish/English. Job Summary: Our client has established an International Operations team in the sunny south east of Munster Region in Ireland and has an opportunity available for a Financial Customer Service Admin. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing back-office administrative and customer service support to International clients and International Operations. As the team will be supporting International Operations the successful candidate will be required to work shift work on a rotational basis that may rotate between 10:00 am - 10.30pm. Main Responsibilities: • Works with management to set daily priorities to ensure prompt and efficient service. • Identifies process improvements to increase efficiencies and streamline processes. • Builds relationships with staff members and foster good relationships with other departments/internal stakeholders for a clear and concise to ensure a quick turn around response to customers. • Processes ad-hoc customer requests in a timely and accurate manner. • set up quality control measures with regular checks. • Communicates effectively via an omnichannel platform (calls inbound & Outbound and email. • Respond to clarification issues coming from customers or internal stakeholders. • Complete written customer correspondence when and if necessary. • The daily process of all transactions such as: - New account set up, - Maintenances. - Withdrawals. • Meet individual KPI's. • Provide follow up on requests that cannot be immediately resolved. • Escalates issues to management when required. • Builds relationships with staff from other departments to ensure queries are responded to in a timely manner. Skills/Knowledge: •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Fluent and Spanish and English. •Strong commitment to customer service and quality. •Strong research and follow-up skills. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Proven ability to successfully cope in a fast-paced, demanding environment. •Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment. Education/Experience: •1-2 years of customer service / financial services experience. •Diploma/BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
