Do you have previous PA experience? Our client, a leading Waterford based company currently has a vacancy for a  PA/Office Support to join their team. This is a part-time position on a 3 month fixed term contract, with a strong possibility of permanency.  The role will include. Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing; Dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations; Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority; Organising and maintaining diaries, arranging travel and making appointments; Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager; Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings; Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff. Some level of stock management including processing orders and stock control. The successful Candidate. Proven track record in customer service, sales and administration. 2+ years’ experience in a similar role. A strong communicator and a fast learner. A good telephone manner is essential. Be willing to work on your own initiative and have a hard working attitude.
