Coach House Coffee is a busy coffee shop located on The Waterford Greenway. Coach House Coffee has recently opened a new restaurant and venue adjacent to the coffee shop, The Pigeon Loft. The Pigeon Loft requires a full-time Chef de Partie to join our current kitchen team. * The ideal candidate must have a minimum 2 years experience in a similar role. * Must have experience working in a busy, high pressurised environment. * Must be able to work as part of a team, work on own initiative and be flexible. * Working knowledge of HACCAP.
