Head Chef required for 3* Hotel in Waterford, ideal candidate will have 3/4 years experience in a similar role, this is a "hands on" position, will suit Chef from a Hotel with excellent Bar and Restaurant trade who is used to running with a small team. There is a Banqueting facility also with the potential to grow and develop this business further.
