The Job: The Buyer/Planner will work in the purchasing department and support Supply Chain function including inventory scheduling and procurement of materials and capital to support production. In this job, you will also look after purchases orders and manage inventory levels. Your forecasting skills will come in handy when liaising with vendors as will your negotiating ability when dealing with vendors. The Buyer/Planner role gives you visibility within the organisation, as you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the company. What you'll need to succeed: The successful candidate will currently be in a Buyer/Planner or a similar procurement position with strong numeracy and analytical skills. Ideally you are educated to Degree level in Supply Chain / Procurement or a related subject with strong knowledge of cGMP and experience using ERP systems.
