Hartley People Ltd. seeks to hire a cutting edge and ambitious Marketing and Business Development Professional to join its expanding team, headquartered in Waterford. This is a part time role (3 days per week. Why work for us? The role. Marketing & Business Development Specialist to support its growth and continued development. A flavour of what you will be doing: – Manage and implement the digitial media strategy for all brands. Develop innovative and engaging content. – Support all brands through innovative marketing initiatives that grow the brand and maximise the impact of the company marketing spend/budget. – Manage and develop all marketing collateral and materials. – Support the Directors in high level tenders for major contracts whilst also developing engaging and highly professional proposals for new and existing clients. – Business development and sales to re-engage lapsed clients and the acquire new clients that are identified as being key for the company’s business development. – Maximise the PR opportunities for the business and ensure the brand presence is optomised within the target market. Manage events, sponsorships and campaigns. – Manage the company’s employee engagement programme. The Person… – Degree qualified in a relevant discipline. – Strong understanding of digital marketing / digital media. – minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. – Excellent writing and presentation skills with the ability and experience to develop ‘stand-out’ material. – Creative and innovative – you will need to understand how to position our businesses and maximise our brand expsoure and identity. – Lots of energy and passion for what you do.
