Hartley People are looking to recruit a Contact Centre Team Leader – Complaints Department – for an exciting opportunity in Co Waterford. Job Responsibilities: Managing and developing a team within a fast paced environment. Setting clear achievable goals and expectations. Meeting assigned KPIs and team targets. Motivating, guiding and supporting associates to exceed targets and deliver quality customer service and solutions. Oversee the day-to-day running of the team including conducting regular team meetings, monthly reviews and 1-2-1s and performance management. Requirements:   2+ Years Contact Centre TL Experience. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment.
