Hartley People are looking to recruit a  Training and Development Specialist – Pharma   in  Waterford. The Role:       Provide ongoing Training support to all areas to ensure compliance to all training and development procedures. Work as part of the project team to implement, maintain and update the Learning Management System. Support the training and development manager to identify training needs. Work with all departments/functions where relevant to support the development of competency based profiles, training matrices and on the job certifications. Ensure all new starters / internal movers have a training plan identified ready for them commencing their new role. Ensure timeliness of CAPA and audit actions. The Person: At least 2 years previous experience in a training & development function within a pharma/manufacturing/R&D environment. Third Level qualification in Training or HR. Significant experience in supporting managers in training & Development related. I recruit for all  Sales ,  Training ,  IT  and  Graduate  roles.
