Senior HR Officer. (Contract position. Main Accountabilities: Wrok with the HR team to manage the talent pipeline and retention in conjunction with business management. Provide robust advice, challenge and coaching to business leadership. Ensure that new hires are fully supported in the on-boarding process. Support all managers in utilising good people management skills. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure a best in class HR service. Ensure compliance with national employment legislation and Group policy. Complete HR administration duties as required. Provide comprehensive guidance, advise and support to senior management and employees on all aspects of Human Resources. Implement policies, procedures across all locations that are in line with best practice and relevant employment legislation. Support in cases of employee grievances, investigations and disciplinary proceedings. Essential Skills and Experience: - Minimum of 4 years as a HR Officer/Admin. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills. - Professional presentation and written skills. - Relevant HR or Business degree preferred but not essential.
