Your Job. The purpose of this Microbiologist-Team Lead job is to supervise a pharmaceutical Microbiology team and to ensure the laboratory is run at maximum efficiency.You will also be a key point of contact for the various clients where there will be a high emphasis on agreed client requirements and that client expectations are met or exceeded . A key part of this role will to be support client audits and regulatory audits when required. Requirements. The minimum requirement for this role includes at least 3-5 years' experience in a GMP analytical laboratory environment. A degree or diploma in Microbiology or a related discipline. At least 2 years supervisory experience. Ability to co-ordinate, schedule and prioritise analytical work. Excellent technical skills and strong leadership skills. Ability to understand customers' requirements and to be able to devise and articulate the most appropriate solutions. You must have 3-5 yrs exp in a GMP Lab and minimum 2 yrs supervisory exp in order to be considered for this Microbiology lead role.
