The Role. The Store Manager role is integral to our business. As the Store Manager, you will set the standard in store. You will be a role model, an inspirational leader, consistently delivering your performance targets and above all, you will keep the customer at the heart of everything you do. Responsiblities: Taking the lead on a €multi-million store, Managing a P&L. Delivering on the overall retail strategy. Responsible for training and development of a large team. Consistently hitting KPI targets and setting targets for staff. You’ll be supported by managers, team leaders and a high number of advisors and you’ll be consistently looking at ways to improve and ensure the shopping experience is as easy as possible for all your customers. Requirments: Must have 2 years store management experience. Be passionate about delivering a fantastic customer experience. Have first class leadership skills.
