Our client, a vibrant company based in West Waterford are seeking a Trainer to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position in a fast growing company. Responsibilities: Deliver training courses with follow up coaching sessions, which are tailored to meet Emerald’s operational requirements. Implement training interventions that support our clients and their teams. Responsible for monitoring, competency development, and delivery of a diverse set of programs. Supporting operations as required on a business needs basis. Collaborate with management to evaluate the effectiveness of new hire and ongoing development training. Recommend curriculum or training process modifications to training management, on the basis of internal and customer feedback. Evaluate the effectiveness of training through working with delegates. Develop, deliver & maintain a comprehensive, appropriate induction process for our new employees. Requirements: QQI level 6 in Train the Trainer or equivalent. A minimum of 1 year experience within a similar role. Strong relationship building skills, ability to deal with people at all levels. Salary: €28,000 - €32,000 plus benefits.
