Our client, a leading construction company are looking to recruit 2 Senior Site Managers for on going projects in the South East. This is a great opportunity to join a leading company who are continuing to expand and grow in the South East. You will have the opportunity to execute projects in a fast paced, multi-disciplined, cross-functional team environment. The Ideal candidate: Degree in Construction Management or relevant work experience. Minimum of 10 years experience in managerial or supervisory roles. Excellent written and communication skills. Proven leadership skills with a large and diverse workforce. Must have experience with a main contractor. Excellent analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
