Hartley People are looking to recruit an  IT Helpdesk Associate  – for an opportunity in Waterford.           Job Responsibilities:    To restore normal service operation as quickly as possible with minimum disruption to the business. Liaise with onshore IT team and third party support groups. Identify and escalate possible high risk/impact incidents. Assign calls to specific support teams. Undertake / attend incident reviews for root cause investigations. Role Requirements: IT Qualification in any discipline. IT Certification would be an added advantage. At least 2 years in a call-based customer service role.
