Our client a building services provider are looking for a contracts Manager to join their team. This is a fast paced role and will cover the Waterford to Dublin Corridor. The role involves: Working to ensure contracts are fully completed to clients requirements. Developing and fostering positive relationships with clients and contractors. Working on contract variances as they arise. Managing all workers on site as required. Liaising with clients and client’s representatives to ensure that all requirements are successfully managed. Working on cost estimates. Offering specialist proposals for mechanical queries or estimates. Projects will be up to 1million in value. The ideal candidate: Will have an engineering or a Building services degree. Will have strong communication skills and a proactive approach. Will have previous project management experience.
