We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced General Manager for a busy GastroPub and Restaurant in Co Waterford. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team working closely with the owner and colleagues to deliver a very professional and efficient service to all guests. The property will be undergoing expansion and renovation in the coming months, part of your role will be to attract new business, conferences and functions to this new facility and form a calendar of regular events i.e social, arts, musical, etc to maximise the usage of the facility. Requirements. Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail regardiing daily operation and procedures. Experience in sales, marketing, social media and event creation and coordination. Experience in general Management of a business, HR, finance, planning, operations. Idal candidate will have 3 years in a similar role or senior Hotel Management position. Salary DOE.
