Hartley People Training is one of the leading providers of training solutions to the private and public sectors nationally. The Operations Project Manager is a new position within the company and will report to the Director of Training. As an Operations Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the delivery of training courses across Waterford, Wexford, Kilkenny and Carlow. The Role. Co-ordinate and communicate with the ETB’s on all day to day activities which require approval. Manage the set up of all courses on our Training Management System. Complete all necessary documentation for new course approvals whilst identifying the basic requirements i.e. location, venue, qualified tutors, required supplies and suppliers. Agree course training schedules with all stakeholders. Manage course budgets and expenditure. Action and record any learner issues including learner support requirements. Support Course Tutors with any delivery needs or issues. Quality Control – act as internal quality control auditor ensuring that all SLA and quality standards are fully enforced and compliant. Attend monthly performance meetings. Conduct site visits. Report feedback to relevant ETB’s and record all info on our Training Management System. The Person. A 3rd level qualification (minimum level 7. Previous experience in a supervisory role in a high volume, fast paced environment is essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
