We are recruiting a Site Manager to work on a €5M new build commercial project in Waterford. Our client is an established main contractor with over 40 years’ experience. The Site Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the site, ensuring the works are carried out to programme, budget and to a high standard. The Site Manager will be reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager. Requirements: • 10 + years’ experience working as a Site Manager for general building contractors. • Experienced managing €5M + projects from start to completion. • Good IT Skills. • Good communication skills. • History of successfully completing projects. .
