Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next role? A leading manufacturing company in Waterford are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team for a 10 month contract. This role will involve managing operational HR activities together with the operations management and support functions, working with the HR team on plant wide HR issues, change programmes and implementing policies and procedures. The Role. Providing expertise, guidance and direction on Employee Relations issues. Managing recruitment activities and all aspects of talent management. Facilitating the running of training programmes. Supporting change management initiatives. Guiding managers in the management of employees receiving poor performance ratings to ensure improved performance. Monitoring and tracking disciplinary/grievance issues. The Person. Third level Qualification in Business/Human Resource Management – minimum 2.1 Degree (Masters an advantage. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in a HR environment. Experience within the manufacturing/pharmaceutical sector is desirable. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Conflict management and negotiation experience is essential.
