HR Professional !!! Seeking a HR Business Partner-MNC Waterford: (10th Maternity Cover. The HR Businesss Partner with site management and contribute to site plan strategies. As HR Business Partner anticipate implications of Business Unit. The HRBD will provide expertise, guidance and direction on Employee Relations issues. You will participate in recruitment activity across different level roles and support Line Managers in reaching good hiring decisions. Facilitate training programmes and support change management initiatives in a complex organisation. Work closely with Business Unit HR team to facilitate training/coaching for employees on all aspects of talent management and support the succession planning process. Guide managers in the management of employees receiving poor performance ratings to ensure improved performance and monitor and track disciplinary/grievance issues. Requirements for the HR Business Partner: Third level Qualification in Business/Human Resource Management - minimum 2.1 Degree. Minimum 3-5 years' experience working in a HR environment. Experience within a manufacturing/pharmaceutical sector desirable. Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills. Conflict Management & Negotiation experience essential.
