My client in Waterford has a Learning & Development Consultant role in their International Wealth Department to devise and deliver effective training programs and reference solutions that positively impacts their business and Clients. Yourday to day would not include but is not limited to: Design, develop and deliver training programs for staff which are job-specific, interactive, and linked to job performance. Consult on alternatives to classroom training, including e-learning, video tutorials and online resources. Works closely with management team to understand their department needs and assess where training can positively impact the business. Monitors progress of training courses and evaluates their effectiveness. Follow up with management and work groups to evaluate new and existing training programs, materials, job aids, and online reference solutions. Work with the Learning & Development team members across the globe to share best practices. Basic Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of experience training others, developing materials, and/or coaching and mentoring others on the job. Preferred education/certification in training & development, adult learning principals, human resource or human performance improvement. Experience developing training plans with milestones, deliverables, assessments and rollout strategy.
