They are now looking for a Branch Manager to join them in Waterford. As the Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the Plumbing & Heating Department within your branch. In this varied role, you’ll identify sales opportunities, increase revenue and ensure that a first-class service is delivered to customers. Specifically, you will: - Assist customers with any queries. - Ensure that employees have the training they need to provide a high quality service. - Make sure that work areas are well-presented. - Monitor stock levels and place orders when required. - Ensure that Health & Safety regulations are adhered to. Interested? To be considered, you’ll need: - Experience of OTC sales within the plumbing and heating, construction or engineering industries. - Health and safety compliance experience. - The ability to reach and exceed sales targets. Commercially-astute and strategically-minded, as the Branch Manager, you’ll have great planning and prioritisation abilities. You’ll also have great communication skills, a positive attitude and the willingness to learn. Ideally, you’ll have people management experience, but this is not essential.
