Our client, a leading international company based in Waterford are seeking a HR Coordinator to join their fast paced team. This is a full-time permanent position in a leading company with opportunity for progression and a strong company cultures. Responsibilities: Act as a first point of contact for all HR administration queries across 5 companies and manage all queries in a proactive manner; Maintenance of employee files ensuring all data is up to date and correct; Involvement in recruitment activities such as advertising, screening of candidates, first stage interviewing, organising medicals & reference checks; Will be point of contact for all HR System related queries; Co-ordination of: employee benefits, statutory leave entitlements, reward and recognition incentives, and probation reviews ensuring they take place on time; Supporting the Human Resources Team with key HR projects and other ad hoc duties as required. Requirements: 1-2 years previous experience working within a HR team is essential; 3rd Level HR related diploma or degree. Previous recruitment experience is preferred; Strong PC skills including proficiency in MS Office; Ability to, with previous experience in, handling confidential information; Salary: €28,000 - €30,000 plus benefits including pension, healthcare and maternity leave.
