French Technical Support x 2. Waterford. Working with a global Waterford based company looking to recruit 2 French Customer Support Agents to support the US and Canadian markets.Candidates with high-end Customer service skills and an IT background would be suitable for these roles. He/she will support IT needs. Duties include: •Providing first-level support on IT needs, in a friendly, customer oriented manner. •Troubleshooting issues. •Logging, tracking, prioritising and ownership of all contacts received to the Service Desk. •Responsible for timely follow-up on outstanding tickets. •Developing and maintaining solutions within the knowledgebase. •Working with other IT Teams to help resolve outstanding issues. Skills/Experience required: •3rd level Cert. •Contact Centre Experience is an advantage but not a necessity. •Customer focused. •Fluent in both French & English. •Solution orientated. •Demonstrates clear and professional communication skills.
