Accounting Technician – Waterford – Fulltime.   Hartley People currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Accounting Technician to join an established company in Waterford.   The Role. Monthly payroll (and esponding to payroll queries from staff & management. Reviewing and reconciling staff monthly expense claims. Maintaining accounts payable ledger and reconciling key accounts to statements. Reconciling bank accounts. Preparing and filing all relevant ta returns on ROS. Recording and verfying creditors invoices for goods & services. Debt collection. Liaison with Company Accountants.  Requirement to travel to Dublin 2 days per month.   The Person. Minimum 4 years’ experience in processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable and banking transactions. Accounts Technician Qualification  IPASS Qualification (preferable. Accounts background and proven track record essential. Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organisational and planning capabilities. High level of proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
