We are looking forexperienced Restaurant Manager for our client, a leading Hotel in Waterford City. Your role is to manage and lead the daily Restaurant operations, coordinate all service periods, take responsibility for the team, training, development and technical skills. The Hotel is a busy property and the Restaurant is continually in operation. You need to be very organised and used to planning forward for busy events, private Groups, themed evenings etc. Excellent communication skills required with all colleagues, a close working partnership with Chef and Kitchen team is vital and above all we need a Restaurant manager who has a keen eye for high standards and attention to detail. 3 years 4* Hotel experience in a similar role preferred.
